If you are considering starting on broadband then to help you choose consider the following points.
1, Cheapest is not always the best but if you are on a tight budget then don't expect the service you could get from other suppliers.
2, Unlimited is not really unlimited but is subject to a fair usage policy, which means if you choose to download DVDs each night you will get into some interesting discussions with your ISP.

Change ISP:-

If you wish to change ISP then you need to get a MAC number. Your ISP is obliged to provide this within a reasonable time (5 days) but there are some companies where this is not possible for various reasons.

Support for free:-

By choosing our recommendation and asking us to set up your broadband you will get support in addition to that provided by the ISP. We will progress your problem on your behalf.

Having problems with your current ISP:-

We can help you with existing problems to assist you in getting a better service. Due to some companies not being very responsive our advice maybe move to another ISP. While ISP's are trying to improve their customer relations there is clearly a lot more they can do.
