Passwords

How to make a password more secure?
Passwords should have a minimum of 6 characters and they should be alpha numeric. This means it should have both numbers and letters in it.
My password is GEORGE but this is not secure so to improve it change it to G30RG3. Many systems also have passwords case sensitive so GEORGE is not the same as GeOrGe or gEoRgE.
Longer passwords are harder to crack and not necessarily harder to remember. An example of this could be MYBUSNUMBERIS209 or CARREGAE05BTW.

Do's and Don'ts

DO
Make passwords longer not shorter
Make passwords Alpha numeric
Easy for you to remember but not obvious
Change it regularly (have a selection to play with).

DO NOT
Use your name
Use your date of birth
Use the same as your login name
Tell others what it is or let them use it.
