5,         Click the Create Mail box on the menu at the top.
6,         Fill in the To field with the address of who the message is to go to.
7,         Enter a message title in the Subject field.
8,         Enter your message with in the main body of the page. Don’t forget to say who it is from. Even though your address will tell the recipient there could be more than one of you using the mail so regards Tony or similar confirms it was from you.
9,         On the top line now click SEND.
Your message will now drop into the outbox on the main screen. You will see this because the word outbox will become Bold and the number one will appear next to it indicating there is one message to be send.

If you are connected to the internet then outlook will either send the mail there and then or wait till it next allotted time to send it. When it has been sent the OUTBOX will go back to normal and the number will disappear.

If you wish to force the system to send the mail at this time or check if there are any more messages to be collected you can do the following.

10,       Click the Send and Receive button on the top menu bar.
This will force outlook to fetch any mail and send any in the outbox.

This information is not the complete story but is sufficient to enable people to send and receive mails once Outlook has been set up for them.
Changes to the configuration and setting more accounts are not covered here but maybe in another help sheet.

Any questions or suggestions please provide feedback and fill in the boxes.
Please remember your questions are important because if you are unsure then asking one way to find out and we can not help otherwise.
